Austin Fugitt

Austin Fugitt joined MIDCON in 2016 after working for over 7 years with a public accounting firm. He served as a staff accountant and was part of the management team. He prepared complex and high-net worth tax returns, provided tax planning, as well as litigation support, consulting and courtroom and deposition testimony. Austin has a degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is a licensed CPA.

He is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and serves on the Elder Board of his church, Vine Community Church.

Austin is an Oklahoma Native; he and his wife live in Edmond, Oklahoma. They have two children, ages 2 and a newborn.

Kevin McVay

Kevin McVay is a native Oklahoman, graduating from University of Central Oklahoma in 1989, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Kevin assists in planning and construction issues with tenant build-outs, creating annual budgets for ownership, managing numerous vendors during the day-to-day operations of properties, and manages special property projects.  He has been with MIDCON for 20 years, and currently works with MIDCON Property Management where he manages various properties in the Oklahoma City area.

Prior to his current role, Kevin was Storage Manager for MIDCON, increasing monthly storage clients by more than 10 percent.

Kevin is active in the Association of Record Managers and Administrators, the Oklahoma Realtors Association and Geophysical Society of Oklahoma City. He has also served on the board of the Extreme Aquatic Team as president and vice president.

Kevin has been married for 20 years and has two children. He and his family enjoy traveling, biking, volleyball, golf, running and cooking.
